At NACRE HAIR AND BEAUTY LTD, we value your time and the time of our dedicated team. We have implemented the following policy to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients.

1. Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure appointments for high-value services (e.g., Balayage, Keratin Treatments, Bridal Packages). This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another client.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, or a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a "No-Show".

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Any deposit paid will be forfeited.

  • Future bookings will require full pre-payment.

4. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened.

  • If we must shorten your service due to a late arrival, you will still be charged the full price for the originally booked service.

  • If we have to cancel the appointment, this will be treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, and the relevant charge will apply.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. It allows us to manage our schedule effectively and continue providing the high-quality, personalised service you expect from NACRE.
