Welcome to NACRE. To ensure a relaxing and safe experience for all our clients, we have the following terms and etiquette guidelines in place.

1. Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 16 years or older to receive any chemical services (e.g., hair colour, tints) in accordance with UK regulations.

• Written parental consent may be required for certain other treatments for clients under the age of 16.

• For safety reasons, we ask that children are only brought into the salon if they are receiving a service and are supervised at all times.

2. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is behaving improperly, is intoxicated, or if their conduct is a risk to the health and safety of our staff or other clients.

3. Personal Belongings

We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We provide gowns to protect your clothing during services, but we advise wearing suitable attire.

4. Mobile Phones

To maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly request that mobile phones are switched to silent mode. Please be mindful of other clients if you need to take a call.

5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform the Salon Manager before you leave the salon on the day of your appointment. We are committed to rectifying any issues where possible.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
