1. Our Commitment to Your Safety

Your safety and well-being are our highest priority at NACRE HAIR AND BEAUTY LTD. A professional consultation and allergy alert (patch) test are essential steps we take to ensure that our services are delivered safely and to the highest standard.

2. Mandatory Allergy Alert (Patch) Testing

An allergy alert test is required for all new clients, or for existing clients who have not had the relevant service within the last 6 months. This test must be performed in the salon at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

This policy applies to the following services:

  • All Hair Colouring services (including root touch-ups, highlights, and balayage)

  • Eyebrow Tinting

  • Eyelash Tinting

  • Lash Lift services

  • Adhesives used for Eyelash Extensions (if applicable)

Procedure: A small amount of the product will be applied to a cleansed, discreet area of your skin (typically behind the ear or on the inner elbow).

Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any irritation, redness, swelling, or discomfort you experience in the 48 hours following the test. If you experience any reaction, we will be unable to proceed with the service.

We reserve the right to refuse any treatment if this policy is not followed.

3. Client Consultation

All appointments will begin with a thorough consultation. This is a crucial part of our service where we discuss:

  • Your desired outcome.

  • Your hair/skin/nail type and condition.

  • Your relevant medical history, known allergies, or sensitivities.

  • The process for the service, aftercare, and pricing.

Your Responsibility: It is essential that you provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, allergies, and any previous reactions. NACRE HAIR AND BEAUTY LTD cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if a client has failed to disclose relevant information during the consultation.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Our stylists and therapists are trained experts. If they determine that a requested service is not suitable for your hair, skin, or health condition, or may cause damage, they have the professional right to refuse the service. In such cases, alternative treatments may be recommended. We thank you for your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and care.
